GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2020-2021
1. Rates & Validity
All rates in this tariff are NET and non-commissionable, unless agreed by both parties. The prices are based on fares and other costs prevailing at the time of publication and therefore subject to reconfirmation at the time of booking. Rates are valid for a certain period specified on the price list. In order to secure your reservation, we may have to pay a deposit. In that case a relevant charge may immediately be invoiced to you.
2. Terms of Payment
Payment in full should be made in the specified currency (US Dollar, EURO, Japanese Yen) at least 60 days prior to the commencement of the service.
3. Cancellation policy
The following conditions apply for small groups (less than 20 room nights per hotel) and FIT. Bigger groups, specific conditions may apply, depending on the hotel, period and related event.
Any unused tour features either on air transportation or for land arrangements are non-refundable or exchangeable. No refund will be granted if the cancellation is made after commencement of the tour.

4. Liability
KR Travel Co., Ltd. and their representatives act only in the capacity of an agent for the tour members in making arrangements for hotels, transport, sightseeing, restaurants or any other services in connection with the itinerary, and they will exercise reasonable care in making such arrangements. However KR Travel does not assume any liability whatsoever any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to any act of default of hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of services included in the tour. Further, KR Travel Co., Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labour dispute, machinery breakdown, thefts, pandemics & other contagious diseases, acts of violence, government restrains, weather of any cause beyond their personal control. The rights are reserved to cancel or change itineraries or substitute services without notice and to decline to accept or retain any tour members at any time.
KR Travel shall not tolerate participants who deliberately damage the facilities, consume excessive alcohol, use illegal drugs, behave disrespectful and/or aggressive behavior towards the staff etc.
